Pricing For Chiavari Chair Rentals

Each Chiavari chair color rents for $6 per chair – with a $500 rental minimum. A 50% deposit is required to reserve the chairs, with the remaining balance and final guest count due 14 days prior to the event. All Chiavari chair rentals include your choice of cushion color.

Chair Set Up

We will also set up the chairs for your event for an additional $1 per chair. Special chair set up and designs, like curved seating, start at $2 per chair and require prior notice.

Delivery Fees and Times

ALL RENTAL ORDERS MUST MEET A $500 MINIMUM, before delivery fees and taxes. Delivery fees start at $200 and are based on distance, time, and the volume of products. Delivery includes basic ground level round-trip delivery to and pick-up from a loading dock, garage, or carport within close proximity to the delivery vehicle. Our delivery rates are based on a first floor delivery within 50 feet of where the truck will be parked. Most deliveries only require one or two drivers depending on the volume of the rental products. However, for larger and more complicated deliveries, we will send the required amount of equipment and workers needed to provide the services requested. If the delivery includes an elevator or an excessive walk (over 50 ft.) from where we may park our delivery vehicle, there will be an additional fee. If we must arrive before or after business hours (9:00 am – 11:00 pm) for either delivery or pickup, a minimum $200 after-hours surcharge will be added per trip, each additional hour will be billed at $100.

Modern and stylish charger rentals are durable and measure 13″ in diameter. These plates will add opulence to any china pattern and are available in all colors starting from $1.50 each for Acrylic Chargers and $4 each for the Gold Beaded Glass Chargers.

Sheer Drape Panel Section Rentals

Raise your drape up to 16ft high with our 16ft Ivory drape panel. The pipe and drape rental price is for each 10 foot section, which includes two (2) heavyweight upright poles, two (2) heavyweight base plates, one (1) crossbar, and six (6) – 12′ or 16′ Ivory sheer Voile Panels. Multiple pipe and drape sections may be rented to cover a large area.

Up to 12′ H x 10′ W Draped Panel Section – $150 (Includes installation and Breakdown)

Up to 16′ H x 10′ W Draped Panel Section – $175 (Includes installation and Breakdown)

LED String Lights may be added for an additional fee of $40 per section.

Delivery

Delivery charges for wedding decor vary depending on the event location. Package pricing is available when combining draping with other services such as decor or Chiavari chair rentals.
