What is the rental rate for Chiavari chairs?
Each Chiavari chair rents for $7, with a $600 rental minimum per order.
Minimum may be met with chairs or combined with other rental items. Please note that delivery fees are separate from the rental minimum.
Do chair rentals include cushions?
Yes, all Chiavari chair rentals include cushions at no additional cost. Cushion colors are available by chair finish.

Do you offer chair setup/breakdown services?
Yes. Chair setup and breakdown is available for a fee.

Absolutely. Special arrangements, such as curved layouts, should be requested in advance.
🚚 Delivery & Setup
Is delivery included in the rental price?
Delivery is required and billed separately. Delivery starts at $225 and are based on distance, time, volume of products, and the difficulty of delivery (including load in and load out details). Basic Delivery includes round trip service to a ground level loading dock, garage, or carport located within approximately 50 feet of the delivery vehicle. There must be a clear paved path of at least 3 feet wide for our team to place your rentals in your desired location.
What are the delivery hours?
The base delivery fee applies when Vendor is provided with a two hour delivery and pickup window during designated delivery hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Deliveries outside of these hours will incur an after hours surcharge fee starting at $275.
Do you offer setup and takedown services?
Yes, professional setup and takedown (placement and arrangement of chairs, tables, furniture, or other rental items) to support your event are available for an additional fee.
📅 Booking & Reservation
Is a deposit required to reserve items?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance and final changes, including guest count, are due 14 days prior to your event.
When is my rental officially reserved?
Your rental is confirmed once your deposit payment is received. We offer a 5 day courtesy hold on selected items after a proposal is sent, allowing time to review and confirm. Availability is not guaranteed until payment is made.
How far in advance should I book my rentals?
We recommend booking as soon as you know you will need rental items to ensure availability. Most clients reserve for weddings and large-scale events at least 3 – 6 months early. For smaller scale rentals, we recommend booking 8 – 12 weeks in advance.

What is the standard rental period?
Our standard rental period for chairs includes same-day use of the equipment for your event.
Are overnight or multi-day rentals available?
